The food and smoothies are great, but I have now ordered the edible straw three times to go along with my smoothie and never... received any of them via delivery. It's not much, only 99 cents, but it's frustrating. They need better checking on ordercompletion before pickup by delivery drivers. Read more
When I arrived at the Crown Point/San Jose location to pick up my online order, there was no listed or visible sign for online... order pick-ups. The front register person directed me by only pointing in the direction of the other employees making orders. Thrown off by the unprofessionalism, when the order was bagged and handed to me, all 3 combos were missing a side. Also, 2 ofthe 3 smoothies had a good amount of smoothie missing from them. Prior to this, I've been to this TS location many times andpicked up online orders in the past with no issues. I thought that the logic of bag checking for missing or incorrect items onlyapplied to fast food orders but it seems that items missing from orders have no restrictions no matter where you go.
