It?s been quite a long time since I had Whataburger but it definitely was a great lunch stop as my girlfriend had her first... Whataburger opportunity and we really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the staff were great! I definitely recommend it ifyou?re in the Jacksonville area! Read more

Can't say enough nice things about this particular Whataburger. I'd had a pretty awful experience the week prior at a nearby... location, but I have nothing but high marks here. First, culture makes a huge difference in any work environment. Ana and herteam genuinely looked happy to be there. Ana was pleasant, thoughtful, engaging and attentive with every customer. When a bigrush came around noon - she signaled the team that the "the dining room is full" never taking her eyes off the customers lookingto accommodate patrons who were lined up outside the door. The team immediately responded and found another gear to work quickly- together. Very impressive. The food was hot and fresh and although I'm admittedly a bit biased towards Whataburger ingeneral...this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. This place was spotless. They do a really good job keeping upwith the cleaning schedule which I can't imagine is easy. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I have to give major kudoshere. We'll have to stop by again the next time we're in Jacksonville. My only request would be that they start carrying merchin the restaurants, but I'm a rabid fan. Read more
We came at 9:30pm and everyone was super friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. All the staff here seems very nice and the... environment seems like it?s a good place to work. It was nice to see employees not yelling at each other or goofing around andignoring customers. I?m not one to leave reviews, but the girl in the front was so sweet and seems like a genuine friendlyperson.
