I happen to love Zaxby?s, and it pains me to write this, just like it pained me to have to give a poor review to a Chick-fil-A... location after 3 fails in a row. They literally messed up the order that they gave me as a replacement for another messed uporder, and that?s just one of the times. I digress. (On a positive note, however, all of the bad service I received at thatlocation, it?s actually the one in Yulee, and to my knowledge the only one in Yulee, was rectified by the exemplary andexceptional service shown to me by a manager named CJ at the Mandarin location on San Jose Blvd. See my pending Chick-fil-Areviews for more on that.) We all know that in this day and age, with the help of Google, it literally takes a couple clicks ofthe mouse for a business to update their hours. This location has a closing time listed as 10pm, but when I arrived at 9:30pm,it was pitch black. Furthermore, it looks like no one has been there for some time, like they probably closed at 8pm or so. Iwent out of my way to come to this restaurant because I like their food, and they can?t even do me, us, their customers thesimple, basic courtesy of updating their hours. For that reason, unless a representative from Zaxby?s or this locationspecifically wants to contact me and let me know just why y?all don?t mind inconveniencing your customers, then you willcontinue to lose previously returning customers like myself. There are and endless number of places to eat, especially chickenfingers and fries. If you can?t get the customer service right, then you might as well give up now. Be prepared for a wait, my wife spent roughly 15 minutes in the drive thru line and still had another 15 minutes after... ordering. It took her 5 minutes to get home after she got our order, and it was all soggy and lukewarm. We ordered chickentenders toast and fries and it all had the crispiness of mashed potatoes. If I wanted to make fried chicken in my oven I wouldhave just skipped the middlemen and bought frozen. Read more
Don?t order from this location. Served me food with batter still uncooked. Refused to supply a refund. Told me I would have to... return to location with all the food even though I told them I was from out of town and couldn?t go back. Very rude. Fries werecold and food was extremely salty. I was watching when at least 3 or 4 people kept taking there food back up to the counter complaining I told my son, bunch of... Karens in here. Then are food was done (it was at least 30 minutes). I asked for extra crispy wings, they were friggen raw,horrible, horrible, horrible. This is the 3rd time I?ve eaten here, it is always garbage. Never again!! Read more
