If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a sandwich that was supposed to be just meat and... cheese.. I got the sandwich delivered, and it had everything on it. I called the store to tell them, and I got "it was madeaccording to the ticket". I know for sure I clicked customize and removed all the unwanted items. All I got in response wasthere's nothing we can do. Then after hearing my frustration they offered a credit. I don't want A credit I wanted the sandwichI ordered. I told the "manager" that I will never order from here again, and hung up. I guess I should've read the reviews onhere, because if I did I probably wouldn't have ordered from here. Super quick service in a clean environment. Jilly would be proud. I live about 10 blocks from here in Champaign.
Worst service ever order food took 45 minutes to get. Order was wrong told them got told I take what they made or nothing. Then... proceeded to get yelled st by the people working worst case of being harassed and belittled by a food place when they were theones who messed the order up Read more
