Not from the area and was looking for somewhere nice to eat lunch. I felt like the staff was a little rude, like they weren?t... happy to be there and made me a little apprehensive about what the experience would be like BUT their service was great!! Verytimely with everything, made no mistakes. The food was simply amazing. I had the open faced roast beef sandwich with mashedpotatoes and green beans and it?s the best I?ve ate in a long time! My daughter had French toast and eggs, and it was all verywell made and tasted great!! I highly recommend this place and if we are ever back in the area wouldn?t hesitate to come herefor breakfast, lunch or dinner! Read more
First time trying the chicken noodle. It?s clearly home made and oh so delicious! First time for the chicken parm too and it is... super good as well! The staff is always so friendly when I go in to pickup my order and very helpful when ordering over thephone. This is becoming one of our favorite spots in Jacksonville. Read more

We were rather shocked by how much the prices have increased. I found another disappointment was chatging $15 for salad bar. I... asked if salad bar came with the meal as most places it does come with a meal and was told no. I then asked how much would costto add it to the meal and was told $15 to add it to meal.... now I have never been to any restaurant that doesn't offer areduced price if you add to meal. Most places it gives you access to salad bar. I hate to say it but due to the high pricesthey charge for most of entrees that wont be going back and that is sad. The $15 to be able to go to salad bar when you order ameal made my decision that wont be back. Read more

Decent service but the food (chicken parm) was very disappointing. It was like a microwaved chicken breast (unbreaded) with a... slice of cheese (mozzarella I think) melted on top served over mediocre spaghetti.
