Update: A huge shout out to Jason who came on shift and saw my customer complaint. He completely rectified the situation,... including using me a refund. He was willing to remake my order but I was already on the way to get something else. Because ofJason I'll change my 1 star rating to a 4. I'm stuck at home in quarantine and decided to order Domino's from the Onlsow Drivelocation. Typically I would pick it up because it's close and would save me fees. Due to being in quarantine I did a no contactdelivery despite the extra fees. I left specific instructions for the delivery and waited for my delivery that said it wasdelivered but was never delivered to my door. I called once and the young man said the driver was still out. I called again 15minutes later and he was back and I still didn't have my order. There was no remorse or compassion for me not having received myfood. I asked for a refund but was only told I would get a credit. I am highly disappointed and it will be a LONG time before Iorder from Domino's again, especially this location. Now because I'm finally getting a little appetite back I'm going to get inmy car and drive to get something to eat because it's been three days since I felt like eating. Do better Domino's.
