We spent $52 here on Saturday and when we got our order it was wrong. I tried calling them for an hour and never got through my... husband heard the cashier saying the store was closing early for some reason. I gave up trying to call them and hour later. Itried calling today to see if they would replace the dishes that were wrong (teriyaki bowl with no rice substituting noodles anda filet mignon hibachi chicken meal) and the manager was rude kept interrupting me as I was explaining what happened. She saidshe would give me noodles and the missing chicken nothing else not the actual meal just the noodles which was for the teriyakichicken and the chicken that was missing from the filet mignon. I do not recommend to go here until their management andcustomer service skills are fixed. I?ve lived in North Carolina my whole life and have never had such a bad experience from thisestablishment. We usually pass by this place every time we stop by Staples and Best Buy. We finally decided to stop by today and we are... definitely going back here again! At first we were a bit bothered because we had to wait for awhile to get our order, howeverI?d say the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered Fish & Teriyaki chicken entree and my husband ordered Teriyaki chicken bowl,it was delicious! The teriyaki chicken melts your mouth unlike Panda Express? teriyaki chicken. The fish is perfect, it wasn?ttoo salty as well as the vegetables. My husband ended up not finishing his bowl since it is a pretty big serving and I?d say theprice of our food is reasonable. The place seems to be busy and I can see why. You can?t really compare this with Panda Expresssince they cook your order fresh, it reminds me of Teriyaki Madness. Read more
