???? Our server, Faith, was such a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our meal and the sweet tea was not too sweet. ???? Wish... they had outdoor seating! It was a beautiful night and we would have loved to have had that option. ???? Definitely a higherquality meal than at the other two steak places in the same square .5 mile. We will visit again ???? ???? Read more

I can honestly say this was the best experience I?ve ever had at an Outback Steakhouse. It started from the moment I was greeted... at the front door right up until the very last second I walked out of it. To begin with, I was asked if I minded sitting in thelounge area, which I didn?t because I was alone today and could preferred it actually because I had a touch of a migrainestarting and there?d be less chance of loud children over there in the bar than in the regular dining area- not that I mindchildren because I absolutely ADORE them. It?s just my head wasn?t adoring them today. Moving on. My waiter was a cheery youngfellow by the name of Chris. Chris was absolutely the lovely. He allowed my totally indecisive mind to take all the time itneeded to figure out what my small appetite would love to indulge in but also satisfy with leftovers the appetites of a hungryhusband and a 6?5? garbage disposal 17 year old. Therefore, he made his suggestions and when I asked for his honest opinions onwhat he personally liked or didn?t, he didn?t hesitate to go into detail what he liked and why. This I appreciated. All toooften servers tell you what they think you want to hear or what they think will sell food. This is not so. If something isn?tgood, I won?t buy it again and will remember who told me and where I got it. Chances are I wouldn?t go back there. Because Christold me the truth about the food today and was honest about it, I value his opinion and this will make me want to make me areturn customer to this restaurant. With the way our economic crisis is in this country, the American people?s dollars arehaving to count even more. We need more honest hard working people like Chris out there. As we were talking during the length ofmy visit, I feel as if I made several friends. This is what things should be like. Community. This restaurant just embodiesthat. Again, one of the most enjoyable experiences I?ve ever had at a restaurant ever. To Chris, Chaz and all th Read more

After all the positive reviews I was really looking for an amazing experience and this visit fell way short of that. 1)The... waitress Morgan took forever to check on us to refill our drinks 2)we had to ask her to clear our tables of the bread and appplates when she brought our food so we'd have more space 3)we were never told that the lemonades did not COME WITH REFILLS (Ihad 3 glasses and it tasted different each time bc clearly the bartender wasn't consistent with the mixing). I would haveordered something different as the 1st one was not good. 4)I gotta post a picture of my plate bc my food looked like it wasrandomly thrown on my plate, no presentation. 5)the butter sauce they put on my sweet potato was just nasty, couldn't eat itall. 6)the filet mignon had allot of fat on it, moreso than when I order at other restaurants 7)To add insult to injury; amanager person of some sort, kept walking around checking on random tables and bypassed us everytime time and never said a wordto us at our table until we got up to leave. And she only said, "have a good night", while 30 secs before she just asked thecouple at the table beside us who were STILL eating "how's everything, do you need anything?" She walked by our table and neverasked us one time how was everything or if we needed anything. Needless to say, after spending $75 for hubby and I, we will notbe back. Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse is better, the food is delicious, they don't charge you extra for special lemonades just bcthe bartender made it, and the waitresses are attentive to everyone just not selective people.
