I visit this Starbucks almost every morning. I always order through the app, and normally the wait time isn?t too bad. This... morning the customer service was unfortunately terrible. The employees requested that I go through their drive thru line twicebecause my drink was not ready once I pulled up to the window. The first time I went through the line, it was a 15 minute wait, so why would I go through a second time to wait another 15 minutes for one drink????? I also had a difficult time receiving arefund through Starbucks customer service because they kept wanting to credit a gift card. It would be difficult for me to use aStarbucks gift card if I am not going to visit the restaurant any time soon. Read more
