I have tried on many different occasions to call and put in an order to pick up, but no one ever answers the phone. You always... have to go in and order, or go through the drive through. Also 95% of the time the order is wrong. The food is great, and thatis the only reason I keep going back. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a family chicken strip meal 46 plus dollars, had to pull up and wait which is not... unusual. Get the food home and there is no gravy and the mashed potatoes are liquid. Try to call and no one answers the phone.Had to drive back down there to get our money back. Unreal they would let food leave their store like that. I mean you don'teven have to have any training if you've EVER eaten mashed potatoes before you would know theyre not supposed to be liquid.
