Not the greatest of their drive thru's. They don't jeep an order of the cars so I ended up waiting at a pull up space for a... really long time and then the space is so small I was concerned I was goi g to get hit. The food is always delicious and the service is typically very quick as well but there?s one blonde girl who works in the drive... thru in the mornings who never puts my sauces in, even when I ask twice to make sure she put it in and she says yeah the peopleat the window never put any sauce in because she didn?t actually put it in with my meal. Friday November 4th i put in a mobile order on my way to work around 625pm for carry out, i arrive at Chick-fil-a approximately... 640 after checking in for my carry out atleast 5 minutes prior. I check with the front counter, it was not a big order and i goto chick-fil-a a lot so i was wondering what was going on. At 650 after seeing many people come after me get there food withlarger orde.33 then mine, I ask the girl at the front counter what?s going on. That I can?t wait any longer if my orders notready please cancel, she said one moment , checked with the other workers and the food was not ready, she made one of my drinksput it on the counter then said sorry the mobile order is acting up it will be one second she called the manager over and i toldthe manager to please cancel my order i have to leave the manager said she canceled it but now the charge is official on my bankaccount 19.53. for this i love chick-fil-a but i feel like money has been stolen from me and no matter that it hurts I justdon?t want to feel like i?m gambling to order chick-fil-a. not to long ago i swore by them.
