I attempted to get coffee inside the lobby at 4:10pm (give or take a few minutes) on a Saturday. One of the girls who was... working literally ran to the door, tried to lock it prior to my reaching the door handle, and then ran back behind the counter.I was a little confused at what had just happened and pulled the door open (she apparently didn?t even lock the door correctly).Her co-worker then sheepishly explained that I could go through the drive thru when I asked what was going on. I don't normally leave reviews but since this is closest dunkins to work I need/hope it does better. Today I asked for my usual... french vanilla frozen coffee no whip cream. Typically no problems. Sometimes they forget and put cream on top. Sometimes theythrow me an attitude when I ask them to remove it. I don't care as long as it tastes normal. Today they made it twice.
