I asked for an everything bagel and got a plain roll instead. It was slim and there was barely enough cream cheese. This cost... over $9 because I asked for scallion cream cheese, which cost $2 extra. The staff is clearly tired and underpaid, and needs tobe treated better as well as a better supplied. They were fast and efficient nonetheless. It?s sad that a tourist passingthrough JFK will think this is what a NYC bagel is. The roll I got was still tasty, just disappointing. Read more

Got here at 6 am on a Friday, and the kitchen wasn?t open yet. They do have coffee and cold sandwiches.
Was one of the few good looking food options in terminal 8. Got there at 5:30pm when it says it'll close at 10, but saw the... staff closing up and walking away. Maybe she went on a bathroom break but 30min has passed and ya boi is sitting here hungry :( Read more
