I had some time before I went into the terminal and decided to stop by TWA terminal. The terminal was actually amazing. The... restaurant? At the end of the day? Pricey. The food was ok, the sushi-dish was actually quite good! The server also recommendedme a really good cocktail as well, which was nice. However? The food was just way too pricy for its own good. I know I spentmore than the average person (2 courses and a drink) but even per-item the food was more expensive than it should be. Even worsepricing than airport terminal food, if you can believe that. Other than that? I did have to wait a littler longer thannecessary to get the check and leave. Though to be fair I don?t blame the wait staff if there were issues I didn?t see they hadto attend to. Overall, check out the terminal and maybe get a drink/small plate to share. Just not worth it otherwise, even ifthe decour is really cool. Read more

Up Up Up and Away! Such fun, and Meals are Michelin Star Exquisite. Takes me back to going back and forth to Paris in the... eighties and hanging in the Ambassador Lounge. The Paris Cafè is a wonderful nostalgic trip to the 1962 but with the diversefeel that was sorely lacking back then. Even if you are only visiting and not staying The TWA Hotel, it?s worth the trip for anyGourmet Restaurant aficionado. The Filet and The Hake were standout entrees but need to go more and sample them all. The crispySalmon Sushi is undeniably one of my favorite appetizers ever. Highly recommended. Wines and cocktails fit the bill perfectly.I?d recommend going before your flight if you can fit in. It brings back a lot fun in air travel. Once there you may want toStay overnight and go for breakfast too. It?s Magical. Read more

Has the potential to be very cool, but falls short. Servers were very pleasant and the best thing about the restaurant. The... dressing on Caesar salad tasted more like an herb mustard vinaigrette and was not good, the butter for the bread was served in aplastic disposable cup, the burger was burnt on outside, though the meat quality was good. French fries were cold. Seatscoverings were worn. Best thing - clearly their servers (so pleasant and attentive!) and the wine selection - pretty good! Much prettier at night. At the prices you would expect more - 2 Stars Read more

Inside the TWA Hotel. By Jean-Georges Just had appetizers and drinks. Very nice atmosphere with lots of nostalgia. Great... service. All 4 dishes were excellent but the meatballs were luke warm even though the sauce was hot! Read more

The space is amazing, the music, the design and pretty much every detail travels you back in time. Service was excellent. Great... views of the terminal. The food was not bad but it wasn?t amazing either, considering the prices. The Crispy Salmon was myfavorite. The sorbet had an unusual texture but tasted fine. The citrusy hint of the Caesar salad felt kinda odd. Overall a goodexperience. I wish there was a 4,5 star option because 4 does not describe my experience very accurately. It wasn?t 5 starsthough.
