I don't think I've ever gotten a correct order from them, and I've been going there for years due to convenience. Order a gluten... free pizza, get a regular one. Specifically ask for no mayo, it's utterly drenched. It sucks because the quality is good, theyjust mess it up over and over. Read more
Love the company and the West Rox location is WONDERFUl but I?ve never had a successful order from the JP location . If it?s... even right then the sandwich is a mess with bread that?s solid as a rock . I will no longer be trusting to order from the JPlocation . Read more
I absolutely love The Real Deal. I?m a foodie and command some fairly high flavor expectations for an establishment to earn a... 5-star review - but they do. I?ve sampled quite a bit of the menu and haven?t come across an item I didn?t think wasoutstanding. You really can?t go wrong with any item, but honorable mention goes to the homemade meatballs! My *one* gripe ishow early they close because some of my biggest Real Deal cravings kick in when it?s too late to act on them! The menu had a good variety of American food to choose from. Burgers, sandwiches, pizza and salads. We ordered the Asian... chicken salad and some curly fries. Good amount of chicken in the salad, and had a different tasting dressing, would orderagain. Curly fries are bit pricey $8. The pizza didn't look appetizing as it had very thin crust and couldn't see the sauce,but you could order a slice of you want. Read more
