Excellent wait staff, very friendly - up to a point. As long as you don't ask for anything different or point out unacceptable... food issues everything is groovy. The food presentation was really off the evening we had dinner there. We asked for sauce onthe side for a dish and instead it came smothered in it. The response we were given was "give it a try anyway". When we tried itand didn't like it and asked for it without sauce they treated us like we were a problem - lots of eye rolling and faces.Additionally, the "fondue" was served mostly solid and cold. Asking for a warmer fondue elicited much attitude and snark. Iguess as long as you stick to the easier dishes you will have a nicer meal. Read more

My wife and I were visiting Jamestown and decided to get some lunch. We walked down the street and check out some of the menus... at the restaurants and decided to go to the Willow Steakhouse and Seafood restaurant. Stepping inside it was like we went backin time about 100 years ago. We sat down and order some food. I ordered clam chowder and the prime rib sandwich and my wifeordered the bacon cheeseburger. When they brought over the food it looked amazing. And to our amazement it tasted as good as itlooked. My clam chowder was delicious and the prime rib sandwich was killer. My wife really enjoyed her burger too. I can't waitto return and enjoy some more of thier scrumptious food. Read more

A pretty upscale place in a historical building. The salmon and mashed potatoes were great, the vegetables were meh, and the... fondue was not really fondue. Service was superlative. Prices were very high. On the whole, this place was imperfect butsurprisingly good. Highly recommended. Read more
