Ordered online with the app for curbside. I waited 15 minutes and finally went inside to find my thoroughly clod order sitting... behind the counter. When I asked about my order they told that the lady behind the counter was the only person there. They redidthe order but what is the use of having the app if I have to go inside to get my curbside order!!! Read more
Waited half an hour for my curbside order...so far. Still don't have it. It's a happy meal.
On 9/4/22 around 2:30 pm going through the drive through I had the absolute worst customer service. I know it is hard to find... help but OMG the employees at this time were awful. At the second window when I told the women the order was wrong she juststarts screaming. Really?!?!?. I do not recommend this McDonald?s until they have the employees go through some better training. Early a.m. Rush service is slow and I wait 10 minutes before I get my stuff. I don't blame the staff because it appeared there... was only two people working. So that's a fault on management for not scheduling enough people that morning. Read more
