I'm here at the bar 40 minutes and the bar tender doesn't even acknowledge my existence Had to yell at him by saying oy can i... have a drink! Look up keep your head on a swivel and see if the people at the bar need anything! Stop being lazy and make therounds, before you turn over and ask your customers if they need anything dont get fixated on spending all your time with onecustomer when the bar is full! All the beverage manager had to do is look around and see if any one needed anything instead ofbeing consumed in checking out if the drinks were okay and up to standard! No body is drinking those drinks you had the bartender make that's lost money! You got a paying customer at the bar waiting to pay! What's more important! Read more
I went here on a date. The carving station servers were excellent and the food was very good. Our waiter over charged my date.... My date paid in cash but didn't tip. I asked the waiter to take $5 off of my debit card for a tip. Instead he took $10 offtwice. I called the restaurant and one $10 charge disappeared off of my transaction history. The restaurant did not compensateme for the waiter taking more of a tip than I told him to. Yet they gave my date, a $50 gift card and a $75 gift card. That'snot cool. New Machu Pub Burger is dinner and a show. So good but be ready for a messy meal. They recently changed the menu here and I have... to say it is a lot better than before. There is something for everyone and it is not too expensive. I still prefer the Loftupstairs, but when it is closed you now have a nice second option. Read more
