Bought two kids meals. Menu said they come with choice of milk or bottled water. Got one of each. I was charged extra for the... water (not the milk). When I asked why, I just got a smirky comment, "Oh, the computer does that". Um, what? I asked for amanager, and this teenager says he's it. He gave no explanation, and just kept looking at me shrugging. The lack of customerservice was unbelievable. We were going to get ice cream after, but I was so upset, we left and went over to Culver's. NEVERgoing back there! Read more
Absolutely love this place. The owner and his wife have always been hands on and very involved IN A GOOD WAY. I?ve been coming... here for years as a kid but consistently the last 6-7 years and it never fails to impress me. The menu is great, prices aregreat and the lobby is clean and tidy. Food is always HOT, and they blizzards are always COLD. A clear winner in a neighborhoodof competition. Read more
The rudest employees ive ever seen. They mess up and dont try to fix it rather they get mad at you and just give a refund.... Nothing but a waste of time to go here. Read more
Apparently they can close whenever they feel like it. They have done this acouple times now were the drive thru is opened till... 10 but they shut everything down at 9 pm. Read more
