Excellent service and great food. The dining room is laid out with plenty of open space between chairs. There were no booths... and all the tables were freestanding. The restroom was straight back from the entrance and reasonably clean. The order processis straightforward. You select from a menu of preconfigured options plus optional ingredients. Process is all together simplerand easier than for example, Subway. This last visit I was lucky enough to be served by the general manager at the register,himself. Was remarkably friendly and helpful. I thought this was unique that the restaurant had high chairs. Don't recall seeingthem at other similar establishments. The cashier/ GM quickly offered my son a fire hat and later a Rice Krispies treat. Thefood itself is especially good. Like most firehouse subs, the meat and ingredients are plentiful, tasty, with a good texture,and cut in half with a 45° diagonal in the center. As with many fire house subs this establishment offered a menu driven sodaselector with several options. Only issue is that the building is difficult to access from the road. Requiring traversing aroundabout in some directions. Has two parking spaces in conflict with each other at a 90° angle. Read more
Food was amazing and ready for pickup after ordering via the mobile app. Sadly, the location is not so great. Physically the... building is at a terrible place: roundabout, tiny parking lot next to a particularly crowded chain restaurants drive thru,awkward driveway, uncontrolled entrance. Ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich. They literally just gave me chicken breast on a bun none of the other stuff that... was supposed to go on it. Was the worst dryest sub I've ever had. Normally I love their subs I order from here all the time butI won't be ordering from here anymore. Read more

This is the first time we've been to a Firehouse Subs, and we are so happy we chose to eat lunch there! Nice relaxing and... welcoming atmosphere; friendly, helpful, and very fun staff; and the food was wonderful. I fully intended on doing the onlinesurvey (which I never do) but we accidentally tossed out the receipt with the link. So I'm leaving this well-deserved reviewhere (which I also never do).
