I usually come to this location because the humes rd location (which is closer to me) never gets anything right, but I was very... upset with my order. I ordered online and when I went to pick my order up inside the doors were locked at 6:30 at night. I hadto wait more than two minutes in the drive thru at the order board (only two cars in front of me) for them to answer. When I gethome I literally had potatoes just in the bottom of the bag instead of on my taco? and the extra that I paid for on my burritoare definitely not there, nor was there ANY cheese sauce on my quesarito (which is kind of the point of that burrito). Extremelyunhappy. The night crew is incredibly subpar to the daytime staff and apparently I?ll only be going around lunch from now on.Spent $17 for five items and four of them were messed up. When you order a grilled cheese burrito box and request no sour cream on anything it should not be that hard to read the screen... and make the stuff with no sour cream, but yet again they messed up. The worst part is is it was written on the outside of thewrapper that it had no sour cream. Now this has happened way too many times for me to count so I always ask the person giving memy food are they certain there's no sour cream and sadly the girl verified it's written on the wrapper there's no sour cream andguess what there was on both of the items in the Box. I could understand if it was busy but at the given moment I was just thereit was not busy and there was more than enough employees to not mess up something so simple. Figured I'd add this since every review mentioning multiple taco bell's mention 2. There is 3 of them in Janesville and this is... the worst of them. There is one that is close by on the interstate and it is significantly better then this one but there is oneon the west side of town that is probably about 10 minute drive from this location that is the best of the 3. I'd recommend theone by the interstate as its about 4 minute drive (when there is no construction) and isn't much of a downgrade from the one onthe west side of town. Had to edit this review. Was 3 stars as far as taco bells go but now it is 1. Was figuring out what toget and told the person on the com that it be just a moment. Less then 10 seconds they asked if I need help told them no I'mfine it'll be a moment. About 5 seconds later they asked if I'm ready to order and I reasserted no I'm thinking it'll just be amoment and immediately someone else if I needed help with anything. After about a minute of being there I was asked 8 times. Itwas also not peak hours and we were the only one in line. I drove off to a different taco bell in town and will not go backthere. It isn't much of a loss for me to not go to this taco bell though as they have on multiple occasions messed up my food orfailed on an epic scale of packaging it. Read more

This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I don't want to hear about employee's personal problems. An employee there... named Sherry will run her mouth endlessly. If you tell her you're in a hurry and just want to pay for your food, she'll tell youyou're rude and complain about you to the customer behind you, super! She also told me, "I don't make the food." Maybe sheshould help make the food instead of standing around complaing about customers. Will never go to this location again. Read more
