We were "home" visiting from western NY after 3 years. A empty tables were in need of cleaning. Manager spent valuable time at... counter arguing with a customer over cost of an item he felt had changed in some way from his last purchase. The coleslaw recipehas changed since we last visited. Bland almost nothing but cabbage flavor. It used to be my favorite part of the chicken plate.Disappointed. But it is still our favorite fast food stop when home. Just more picky with menu now.
