The servers at this store are too busy fighting with each other in front of customers instead of doing their jobs. All I ordered... was a waffle and bacon. As I waited I saw other guys at the bar only get part of their orders. My short red head server was toobusy trying to get out of mopping to even call my ticket. She pocketed the thing and after 20 minutes, my food wasn't evenstarted. You'd think they'd behave since it's an open kitchen. I just walked out. Read more
Always a great place to go eat if you want some food quick and it tastes good..
The table hasn't been cleaned when we sat down and the waiter sprayed his cleaner bottle at the table which inadvertently got... into my clothes and also forgot to give eating utensils until after the meal was served. Read more
Service was less than satisfactory on this visit. Server paid more attention to another table that sat after my party. One of... the two waffles ordered was very hard and sent back for replacement. The second one that come to replace it, wasn't muchbetter. Waitress didn't seem too concerned about bringing the food out all together soon as it was ready. Had to ask for drinkrefills. During the time I was there half of the staff stood around talking and or on the cell phone for at least five minutessolid. Generally I receive much better service and quality food than this visit.
