All I can say is that people in the fast food service industry don't care, or aren't getting the customer service with a smile... anymore. They never get the orders right and the attitude, when THEY get wrong and the customer comes in to have the ordercorrected, you are always met with attitude. Read more

This is a picture of clean. I drive from Deridder for Whataburger in Jasper....because...IT'S A VERY WELL KEPT PLACE. It means... the team or manager of this place is making sure that: 1. It's scrubbed or mopped on a a regular basis. 2. I assume theattention to detail extends into the kitchen. I know they serve a lot of people. First of all, I would like to say that it took over 5 minutes for anyone to greet or acknowledge that I was in the drive-thru.... There were no cars in front of me or behind me. The staff was rude. Once I finally received my order, they had thrown my friesin the bag upside down, so the entire container of fries was dumped in the bag on top of the burger which caused grease to pourin the bag and on the wrapper of the burger. The way the guy handed me my card, when I went to grab it, the receipt fell so Ihave no receipt of purchase or names of employees. Highly disappointed. Read more
