DISCLAIMER: Before I leave a review, I would give a 0 star rating for this KFC location if it were possible. I ordered a... chicken combo meal when the store opened at 11:00, was told I have to wait 5 minutes for (1) chicken sandwich because thechicken is still from. I actually waited 30 minutes before having to go in the store before having to inquire about myorder When I entered I couldn't help but to notice all the standing water all over the dining floor and the general dirtinessof the dining room to include tables. When sharing my frustration with staff members, I was informed that night shift left itthat way and when I shared I'd be contacting stote manager Tammy, I was told by the same staff not to waste my time becauseprevious customers have complained to the store owner and that they never correct any issues because they do not care. I wasasked and begged by staff, instead to contact corporate (which I intend to do) regarding all of these same types of issues eachtime I have visited. As a lifelong fan of KFC it pains me to know their brand/reputation is suffering as a result of neglect andlack caring about customers and employees, alike. Every time I have attempted to visit this specific location over the past (3)years, I have been unable to order ANY KIND of chicken or receive any kind of decent customer service. I will be contactingcorporate in an attempt to have something done about current management AND ownership of this specific location. I rated this place 5 stars a couple of weeks ago, it is now a 1 star. They are always out of items, tacos and chicken. One time... I got home, and I had the wrong food. The cashier was nice, but busy, while a couple of the employees were playing around, thenbullying a coworker. I know that for a fact because I walked by when they were doing it. Whoever orders the items at thisfacility needs to come back from vacation or break. I recommend the employees not to stand around outside avoiding the busywork. I understand one or two times they don't have certain items, but now, I'll check and 9 times out of 10 they don't have it.To the point of not even checking. My kids love kfc, otherwise I wouldn't go there. Someone, PLEASE stock this place up withfood! Seriously, they were out of lids one time. Smh. Please change some things here. Read more

If you want dinner from here, prepare for a challenge. It won't be easy since drive-thru is always slow as a snail. Such a... neglected store. Out of mac-and-cheese, which is vital for proper enjoyment of fried chicken. So when they ask, is there a TacoBell or KFC around here, I'll say, no. There is no Taco Bell or KFC in Jefferson. Order an 8pc meal and the chicken sandwich box. Got home and a plastic glove was in the bag. My son has been there a few times... and the Chicken Box, the person inside had no idea what it was, or it was on the menu. Took time to get it right. This KFC isvery gross and apparently, they don't train people to deal with the public or prepare food properly. I will not be eating againfrom here, questions raised about sanitary issues and is of concern. Read more
