I went there a while ago and it was good but forgot about it. We came by a couple weeks ago on the way to a friend's house and... decided to stop. It was really good. The young girl that helped us was really sweet and helpful. She answered all kinds ofquestions while we waited on the food. This place is close but the Gps is evil. Took us around the world to get here. It's a tad high. Got 2 brisket sandwich combos... double mac, the sides are small. Mac n cheese needs more love. Not a fan of the mayo sauce but I added some pickles to balancethe flavor. It reminds me of a panini sandwich. Definitely knocked Arby's brisket out of first place. Friendly staff, greatatmosphere. We tried Chets today and here is my honest review. 1st the ribs are good and fall off the bone. The ultimate BBQ sandwhich is... okay but it is dry. Need to have mayo or a sauce on it. It is like a BBQ Cuban sandwhich but dry. The potato salad is okay. The cole slaw is blan and dry. The maccarooni is pretty good. The brisket dog is okay. The bbq sauce is bad. It taste like ithas way to much tarragon in it. Literally one the worst bbq sauses we have tried. The Brunswick stew tastes the same. I am canonly assume it is made the same way.
