My family of 5 ordered our supper on 10/26/2022. It was pizza, chicken strips and wings. Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars... because the food here is great. Tonight is no exception. However, I ordered an 8 piece Inferno Wings. When our food wasdelivered, I opened my box with my wings and there was no sauce on them. Only a little grease in the bottom of the container. Normally the inferno wings are dripping with sauce. I called to have them correct my order and got hung up on. I called backand it sounded like the same woman, so I asked to speak with a manager. There was a pause then she said she was. The woman Italked to on the phone was very rude and argued with me the whole time and told me the cook said he knows there was sauce on thewings and there was nothing she could do for me. I told her my wife and I eat there frequently and love their food and I neverhad an issue til now. All I wanted was my food I ordered. She said she couldn't do anything for me. I told her that they justlost our whole family as customers and she said " oh well." Who does that? That is definitely not someone who should beworking in the service industry. Ordered a gyro pizza, which in the past was delicious, loaded with toppings. Last night, the crust looked and tasted like a... cardboard circle. It had some white cheese, a couple of onions, and a few chunks of gyro meat. For what I paid (pizza, deliveryfee, driver tip) I could have gotten 4 frozen pizzas at the grocery store and they all would have been good. Read more
Ordered lunch and when the order was opened, it was not all there. Tried to call for 20 minutes and the line was constantly... busy. Had to drive there and the bartender said that she could not refund my money as the manager was not there. I would notspend a dime there unless you like to give away your money. Read more
