I doubt they last much longer as a business. Was just told that the owners run their own deliveries while their drivers (myself... included) just sit there waiting, hoping for something to do during "extremely slow days so that they could keep the pay rolldown during the summer". Yeah, telling all of their drivers that, especially in a group message to the drivers themselves isgoing to make them want to find someone else to drive for. That's just short of telling them that they're being let go in myopinion. Also, they have taken me off the contract in retaliation to giving them a bad review. First: * the workflows are bad. Example, if you want to switch to takeout from delivery, it's not in filters. It's not even... immediately obvious * Poor UI design overall. Yes it's kinda pretty, but not really functional. * Even then, you can't changeaddress or even "find all restaurants and let me pick" kinda stuff. * UI will bug our randomly Restaurants have good food, butrapid chow website is just not functional. They don't hardly put any of the menu options on the rapid chow app. The delivery fee seems high. They delivered to the wrong... house, gave my order to someone's kids without verifying the name or address. Had to call customer service whi quickly replacedthe order. Read more
