I ordered my food online. My order was confirmed online and was given notice my food was ready for pickup. When I got there,... the person working did not and would not make my sandwiches She called her manager. I showed the person working my message aswell my bank account. Horrible service, put a sprinkle of cheese On and when I asked for more cheese they did the same exact thing. Then put vinegar... on my sandwich and I asked what that was and he said vinegar and I told him I didn?t ask for that, he then went on to addtoppings, then seen my face was Not pleased and said do you want me to remake it.....YES I did not ask for vinegar. Ordered two footling subs online and my husband picked it up on the way home. We did not get what we ordered as they left off... the cheese on rib and steak subs, and the rib meat was completely cold, like they just took it out of the refrigerator anddidn?t even try to warm it, cold. Too disgusting to eat. Tried to call for an hour and never got an answer. I did leave amessage but had no way to even resolve the issue with sandwiches we paid for. Very disappointed. Restaurants make hundreds ofsandwiches a day and get where they don?t care, but fail to remember that this is someone?s meal, and they may not be able tojust go get something else. Read more
