I?ve always liked this location until my last visit. I frequently order on the app and always choose the drive thru option for... pick up. I drove up to the drive through and told them I have an app order to pick up and the girl said she can?t give it to meat the window. I drove around to the window and asked why they could not and she said the manager instructed them not to. Ishowed my order receipt on my app where the drive thru option was chosen. They still told me that I had to come in to get myorder. I was in my pajamas and I refused. They pulled me up and brought the order out to me. The manager that made this decisionshould leave management immediately because this is the worst way to manage. If cooperate doesn?t want orders to be picked upthrough drive thru then do not offer that choice! If that choice is available then give the food as it was ordered! Read more
Just rolled up 20 mins before closing time and guess what they wouldn't serve me cause they were closed that's not cool
Forgot my food and was in another county by the time I realized it. They let me come in the next day and picked it up fresh.... Jeff (the manager)is a kind person person and a good man. Very honest and great with customers. Read more
