I took a chance on an unknown restaurant with a reservation on OpenTable. Turns out it has been renamed to Bella Italia. We... showed up 5 minutes early for our 6:30 reservation and we're seated immediately. That is where the service ended. It was 10minutes before someone came by to fill our water glasses. About 10 minutes later, a server told us she would be right back withgarlic knots and take our drink order. She returned without bread and said someone else was bringing it and took our order. Acouple of minutes later, a server tried to deliver soup we did not order--wrong table.10 minutes later, we were told they wouldbe right back with our drinks and bread. After another 5 minutes passed, we left. All told, 35 minutes for us to only have beenserved water. There were plenty of open tables, so they were not slammed. Read more
