While making my slushie i could hear twi employees talking about a third employee who i assume was not there but suppose to be.... The girl Angel or Angela (couldn't read name tag well due to jacket covering most of it) dropped the "F word" twice and"B!+©?¡?" once. I was appalled that she was so comfortable talking like that with customers in store. She even made eyecontact with me before the last two words got thrown out. Over the last 2 months I have had pumps not authorized to fill up when I have used this Thorntons for 3 years. General managers... refusing to sell hot dogs. Body languages from managers and staff that says"Why are you telling use about problems with ourstore!","Why are you here!","Maybe you should shop else where!", even was told that because first shift didn't make tea thatmorning. Sold cigarettes that were the wrong ones and bagged before you could see them and because they didn't listen and paidfor them before they give you the bag. They refuse to exchange or reimburse for over payment for the more expensive ones theysay you already have them our company policy is no exchanges or refunds even though you are still in front of them and didn'teven touch the cigarette pack or anything else in the bag.
