I?ve always had great service and good food.
Just called at 1:32pm. Asked if they?re open. Spoke to Paige She said yes then, when I said I?m going to see what my family... wants she hung the phone up on me. I thought myself maybe she was thinking I was done talking. My wife said no she didn?t shehung up on you. I called back and ask to make a pickup order. Then she said we are not doing pick up orders in a very rude tone.Being a local business owner myself, I try to support locally in comparison to Commerical . But poor communication skills likethis or unethical behavior like this is the reasons why I take my business elsewhere. Read more
Sat down for breakfast at New Beginnings with my family and service dog recently. I just have to say that the servers were kind,... quick and attentive, there was always fresh coffee in my cup and food came out quickly. All of the staff were respectful of myservice dog, even when he wanted to stick his nose in the aisle way ???? Prices were super reasonable and food was delicious!We will definitely be back. Food is really good, but the servers seem to get very snappy and have a bad attitude. We have been coming here as a group every... morning, and one of our servers is very rude and takes 30 minutes to take our order, and is snappy with us when we go to pay. Very poor experience was met at the door with about 20 people in line they had that been able to check in the poor girl came... back to the stand and said that she needed help checking people in and she didn't have clean tables she said it would be a45-minute wait there was a lady in the restaurant named Sheila posing as the manager but when I ask her if she could get somehelp back there she said she has nothing to do with the store she's only retail I said you all wear the same brand you shouldhelp each other out she asked me if I wanted a job there and was very rude when I called back to talk to the manager I got thesame rude Sheila on the phone trying to screen my call and telling me that they were very busy and that maybe she could help mebecause she was the shift leader again I asked to talk to the manager and she tried to detour me from talking with him but saidthat she didn't know when he could call me back ask my name three different times apparently she wasn't writing it downbusinesses are supposed to be built on teams clearly Sheila is not a team player Grandville cracker barrel need some teambuilding skills Sheila needs to be sent to a class to be able to talk to customers, We ended up leaving with about 15 otherpeople after Sheila told us that they were busy but clearly they weren't busy they were tons of spots in the parking lot poorSheila is getting too old for her job Read more
