Very disappointed in this location. We ordered 2 orders of the biggie bag. First both sandwiches buns were harder to chew than... the bacon on them. The fries old and stale. The nuggets had 2 spicy and 2 regular in one bag. What is going on here? Corporateneeds to get involved. Read more

Have been coming to this location once and a while for many years now and have always, without fail, had a sub par experience at... this location on port sheldon. This location gets my order wrong almost every single time without fail. Most often they forgetto add part of my order and I either miss it and don't realize it until I get home, or have to go around again in order to getwhat I had ordered. They tend to have a very high turnover rate on employees as it seems that whenever I order they are trainingsomeone new. Do not recommend this location unless you simply have a strong craving from Wendy's and are willing to go throughthe line twice in order to get everything you order. The food is good though. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Tonight the police got called because this Wendy?s was very unprofessional. They messed my... order up the first time and told me to come back to get it fixed. So I go back and they give me old food and don?t even give thesauce when we ordered 4 different orders of chicken nuggets. Fries were stale and old.. I also seen a worker put his bare handinto the ice where the soda machine is to give himself ice in his personal cup. No gloves, no scooper or cup. Just bare hands.So unsanitary. I was told they weren?t going to replace my food or give me my money back. Luckily the officer who came out wentthrough the same experience on Sunday night. So he knew I wasn?t kidding. The night staff lies to customers and tell them theyare sold out of stuff because they are too lazy to make it. Like the bake potatoes the officer and I requested. When I talked tothe GM, she advised me they were fully stocked. That they shouldn?t be out of anything. The way I was screamed at, laughed atand mocked tonight was just as disgusting as their food. Someone needs to get this location under control because Wendy?s is oneof my kids favorite ?treat? foods. Well that was until today. They told me it was disgusting and hard. Due to this wastefulexperience. I don?t advise anyone to eat here until it?s under control, sanitary and the food is kept at the propertemperatures. I will also be calling the health department in Ottawa county because I can see the grime. YIKES! It took for meto have the officer block off the drive thru and request my money back just to get where I started Monday night.
