Came here sunday 10/16 at 1;30pm. There was a woman there who was so rude to her younger coworker multiple times in front of... patrons. The ingredients also did not look very fresh and I did not like how you couldn't see the toppings from the window. Thenew birria is alright, nothing to rave about. The young man who helped me was pleasant and doing his job until the woman (whowas either a coworker or some type of management it seemed like) snapped at him and was just condescending. Tasteless andclassless. Also the bowl was so overpriced ($15) and the tortilla bowl did not taste fresh and crispy like it should. Overall,the woman mainly ruined this experience for me. I knew that I should have gone to chipotle but was lured in by the new birriapromotion. I have had Qdoba before and it is really not bad, but location is everything. Will not be visiting this locationagain, I hope that management sees this and has a stern talk with this woman about her attitude and behavior that I observed inthe less than 10 minutes that I was in there because it makes patrons uncomfortable to say the least. The guy making everyone's order was miserable! Staff couldn't handle the rush that developed while 1 employee was in the floor.... Their throwing food into bowls. We have eaten at this Qdoba for years, and have had several poor experiences over the past year. Tonight's experience takes the... cake, and has caused us to vow to never eat at this restaurant again. It seems like there is an intense lack of managementoccurring at the site. We walked into the store and no one was behind the counter, the entire Stagg was gathered around a tableeating pizzas. It took more than a minute for employees to get to their post and begin taking our order. There was no fajitaveggies, no pico, and the meal presentation was horrid. My daughter's quesadilla was completely unrecognizable...see picturebelow. Not to mention, in past visits, as I entered with my 5 year old, 11 year old, and 12 year old the most vulgar music wasplaying over the speakers, no one turned it down or off, forcing my children to hear such terrible music.
