I literally go to this Taco Bell all the time because I work nearby. Their staff is always so nice so I feel awful writing this... review. But I ordered a cheese quesadilla and it was literally full of lettuce. I was so hungry and excited to eat it and Iliterally can?t because it?s full of disgusting warm lettuce. Consistently pretty poor service and the the food prep is hit and miss. Sometimes they give what you ordered and sometimes they... don't or it's poorly made. Despite it being much further, I typically go to the one in 71st because they have better serviceand are more consistent. Read more

I wish I could leave a negative star. I?ve lived in Jenks over a year now. I have a kid and for a fast dinner break for mom to... get us all something to eat I?d love to do Taco Bell. Except. Every single time. No matter what time I have THIS Taco Bell, myfood is cold. It?s not cooked all the way or they forget to put at least 2 of my food items in the bag. Do you know how annoyingit is to never. Not even ONE time to have a good experience. Or even a somewhat decent one. So I?m starving and have my babyasleep in the seat & want to hurry and grab food. So I mobile order and there is a line in the street so I?m like. Dang alrightthey?re pretty busy. 8. Minutes. 8 minutes and the SAME VAN IS AT THE ORDERING BOX. 8 minutes. No one else has moved. I work infast food. So I understand 100% how hard things can be. But 8 minutes. Are you kidding me. For ONE CAR. why can?t there just beone good experience. It?s not very often I eat out.
