All together it was a fun and different then usual outing. I would definitely make sure you have time to enjoy each piece of... the meal as it’s not a quick dine n go. We went here for a date night. Service was excellent and our server was Pearl. We ordered The loaded potato fondue, charcuterie... board, Steak lovers/CYO entrees, and banana's foster for dessert. All the food was delicious! Portion sizes for the entrees arenot huge, but still very good for what you receive. The manager stopped by to check on our meal was (what happened to thisgesture because I don't see it anymore..) My only real complaint is that it took 20-25 minutes to get two drinks from the bar..I would've ordered more drinks, but we were almost to main course when we received ours. Hard to get a buzz going with that slowof service. We try many different places, cheap to expensive, this place is excellent for the price and quality of the food.The booth we sat in was secluded and felt like we were the only ones in that area. Pearl (our server) was very attentive andaccommodating. The preparation for our dessert even included a little show (see video) We will be back based on food, customerservice, and overall experience. My husband and I went for our Anniversary and we had an amazing experience! Jennifer was our server and made our first outing to... the Melting Pot an excellent one! We were in a secluded booth, with rose petals, candles, with plates that they wrote on wishingus a happy anniversary - and Jennifer was so attentive we felt like VIPS. We did the 4 course dinner for two - the SpinachArtichoke Cheese with the charcuterie board was stellar. We loved that Jennifer explained what she was adding to the cheese asshe mixed it in front of us - and all of the dippers went excellent with the cheese. For drinks we had the Love Martini andMelting Pot Mule - both of us agreed the drinks were excellently crafted. For our salads we both had the california, alsoexcellent. For the Entree my husband had the Steak Lovers and I had the build your own with Steak, Duck, and Tuna. We boththought that the entree was small - until we started eating on it - it was very filling especially with bottomless veggies! Wereally appreciated the QR code with timers that was provided, and the many dipping sauces for the entree, the curry and plumsauce...so good. For desert, we chose the Yin Yang - and the dippers with the chocolate... AMAZING. Overall we had an excellentexperience and will return for other special occasions. Read more
