The reason why a 3 stars. I watched 2 very confused young men (both curly black hair, 1 with glasses and 1 without. Both wearing... black tshirts). The taller one with glasses, drops a cup on the floor. The other curly haired no glasses, picks it up, puts itback on the counter. In my own personal opinion, it should have been tossed in the garbage. The cup was filled with an orderafter 6:45pm for a customer named Antonio who also received a food order. These 2 young man looked uncomfortable and unsure ofthemselves, I'm going to say they were very knew. They do not throughly washout the blenders or cups before making anotherdrink. It appears they all need guidance, not sure if there was a management member in the building. People were waiting morethen 20 minutes for their orders, they were there before me. I waited over 25 minutes. They were busy but you have 6 peoplethere making drinks. Please guide your staff better, hold their hand if necessary for a short while. Ask, if they feelcomfortable, you can see the struggles. First time at this location, last time at this location. Best of luck!!! Read more
Didn?t make my coffee right it tasted like sweet water and they didn?t ask for my name. The young man at the register was a tad... rude and was focused more on taking the tip from the tip baskets then the orders. Read more

Cashier at this particular location (Jericho) was just awful and unwilling to fulfill my order as requested nor was she willing... to adjust the problem. I never had an ordered issue ever at any Starbucks I ever previously visited. Regular coffee with half &half is not that difficult! I was sorry I gave a tipped. Thankfully, one of the young men who had just started was kind enoughto slightly add more half & half! I will never visit this location ever!
