Hands down the best Ramen in Jersey City! My friends suggested beef and pork belly options. Love it! I totally recommend this... place especially late at night after work. Relaxing and fun ambiance! We were excited to try to this ramen place on the first day of restaurant week. I was really disappointed that the ramen was so... average, the broth tasted like just regular broth with lots of soy sauce. A good ramen is all about the broth. I miss the nycramen “Maurufoko” where the bone broth was cooked and prepared for 10-16 hours. I live the interior and the vibe!! It’s very fascinating! Though, they blast their music loud and you cannot hear anything,... even the person next to you! The staff were friendly and attentive!! The ramen it self didn’t taste fresh!! The broth wasmissing it’s flavor! The meat (chicken) was bland! Absolutely no flavor!!! I am disappointed that i had to pay for it!
