I literally asked the manager how much ice they put in the cup for an iced coffee and she constantly thought I was asking how... much it cost for a cup of ice. For two straight weeks, I gave this Dunkin the same iced coffee order. Medium iced coffee, lessice and have had to reiterate how much ice to put, remind them, and even ask for more ice after asking for less because they putabout 5 crushed ice cubes in there. The guy in the afternoon has an AirPod in half the time and only one girl is genuinelyunderstanding and attentive. Sorry not sorry, but I live down the block and ordered the same thing everyday for two weeks onlyto have it made right twice. Aside from my iced coffee experience, the service is always slow on food orders, the managerbarely speaks English and says ?Next? like she doesn?t want people to be there, there?s no restroom access and the other reviewsstating disappointment in their food orders are the truth. Also, anyone wanting to drive here won?t be in much luck. There?s noparking lot. You can physically fit your car by the corner of Bowers, but getting out of that spot can be tricky. ??
