Love coming to Griot, one of the few cafes I try to actually sit and chill in. The food is great, the coffee is phenomenal, the... vibes are just right? the staff, the decor, and the music. The book library is super cool, especially the kids section. Read more
Love The Heights here in Jersey City and love the coffee here in the Griot Cafe. When I walked in for the first time I was... greeted with a smile and my cappuccino with oat milk was spectacular. As you enter the space it feels so much larger. It?s veryinviting with the subtle lighting & the modern interior design. Stopped in this cute little cafe for lunch and it was great! As soon as I walked in I was greated and asked if I had ever been... there. The person that helped me suggested a few things but I ended up going with a sandwich and iced coffee. I love that theyhave a 'kids corner' and they also have books you can read while you wait. While I was there a few people were on their laptopsso this place offers wifi which is always good this day in age. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in town. Read more
