Bad customer service. Employees with attitude. I was about to pick up my mobile order (like any other Starbucks store) when an... employee stopped me, ordered me to stand away from her and wait until she called me. I was on the phone and waiting with otherswhen she proceeded to condescendingly shout ?EXCUSE ME? repeatedly. When I confronted the employee that I didn?t appreciate herbehavior, she responded ?this conversation is over?. Given that it?s a busy store, I understand the need to have structure butI did not appreciate the employee first giving me orders, then condescendingly shouting at me, then dismissing my genuinefeedback. This location is busy and they are very disorganized. They did not call my name for my mobile order that I was waiting for for... almost 20 minutes. The mobile order drinks are out of reach for people so they cannot just pick it up. I had to flag someonedown to confirm the drink was mine so they could hand it to me, and the first time I tried to ask someone they ignored me. Read more

My favorite Starbucks to venture to. They make the *best* Java Chip Frappes. The interior is sleek, clean, and beautiful. The... staff are lovely, vibrant, and helpful. ( they were also very sweet with my son. who can be a bit straightforward in making hisappearance known ) Will continue to pop by this place for my favorite drink. <3 Read more

Today is my Birthday and went to Starbucks in this location which is also corner Grove St. The usual I bring my service to get... my coffee and breakfast. I have been their customer for years and always being my dog inside to get coffee. This morning whilewaiting for my coffee which is already 10 minutes behind because per online order I should get it by 7:54am and it's 8:05am whenwe sat at the chair with my dog. A man who is wearing dirty apron approached and asked me leave my dog outside as it is notallowed. According to him, he was fined by the health department. In short, he kicked us out. He did not give me a chance toexplain. The tone of his voice was rude. I felt embarrassed with the customer seating next to me and the people in linebecause he approached and talked to me like I made a major offense (criminal offense). He can ask me nicely by just whisperinghis voice. So, he ruined the mood of my Birthday. By the way, if this location was fined by the health department, I think itis not dog's fault. The bench that we sat was dirty with lots of bread crumbs. Tables are dirty. I have to clean the tableand chair. If this area is not clean, what more inside the counter and the kitchen. So, please don't blame the dogs. I havebeen to lots of Starbucks locations in Jersey City, NJ, Hoboken. Other town in New Jersey, New York City, New York State, theyallowed dogs and respect the customers. What is special about this location? I am making this review so all dog owners do notpatronize this location as they don't patronize your dogs. This place is not dog friendly even service dog is not allowed. They are blaming dogs for being fined by the Health Department. No idea why dog caused health issue in Starbucks and not otherfood establishments like them, burger place, coffee place, restaurants.
