Horrible service. We went on Saturday July 16 and the server was definitely high out of his mind. He completely forgot the... chicken in my order and a couple other ingredients in my wife's order, gave us very small portions, and just seemed out of itwhile trying prepare our meals. This was my first time coming here. The line gets really long so I would prefer ordering online and picking it up to make it... easier. I ordered the Kale Caesar. I wish I was given more portions as you can see the bowl look kinda empty. I barely tastedthe chicken, but I do like the kale/romaine combo. I didn?t really taste the Caesar dressing as the lime squeeze that comeswith it, is powerful throughout the salad. This salad was not worth the $17. I would give this place another try to see if mynext experience would be better especially regarding portions but I?m not sure if this would be one of my go to places. Read more
I took a chicken harvest bowl here for lunch for approx $14-$15 (don't remember the exact amount). Quantity wise it was good. I... have a healthy adult diet and I felt quite full after completing it. It was tasty as I could get the taste of various itemscombined together in it. The only one star I am removing it is for its cost (for me I feel a usual meal should come be around$8-$12 range but it was a tad more costly) BUT it was worth it. Read more
I get salad from this sweetgreen on a weekly basis. The space is open and spacious with lots of natural sunlight coming in.... There are lots of options in terms of salads and all the staff there are kind. My usual order is the chicken pesto parm bowl.There's so much flavor and texture in that bowl. The sweetgreen location in Jersey City is not customer friendly. Every time I have visited this location I try to give them the... benefit of the doubt. If I have any questions, the employees look at me like I have 3 three heads and are ill prepared to answerany questions on menu items. The manager is less than accommodating and understanding of a friendly customer experience. Thelast straw for me was a promotion they have on their app in which the manager thought it was wise to charge me full price andhave me email the the support email for their store.
