Jinya and Ramen Bar by Hajime are my favorite places for vegetarian ramen and we wanted to try a new ramen place. Glad we found... this place. We tried the Vegan buns and Spicy Garnet Vegan ramen. Went here for lunch with my daughter. AMAZING! We started with some Crispy Pork Gyoza. It was delicious and the dipping sauce... is delicious. Then it was time for the ramen!
