I want to give a 5 star review based on the owner - she is truly lovely and inviting, however - the food doesn't hold up imo.... Perhaps if you haven't ever had vegetarian or vegan food, you would find the food at this location to be interesting & tasteful.If you have or if you are a long time vegetarian or vegan, it's unlikely you will like much of anything here - and it's a biton the pricey side. To me, everything seems like it came from the vegetarian frozen section of the grocery store. There is somuch opportunity to get creative with vegan food and there really isn't any creativity to find here, sadly. While there isn'tmuch competition vegan wise in JC, there is quite a bit in Boone, Knoxville, Asheville. I hope the best for this business but Idon't find anything drawing me back, personally. I ordered delivery from Doordash this afternoon, feeling lazy and not wanting to do anything. I knew I needed some nourishment.... I got the cauliflower tacos which were delicious, the tortillas fell apart but I made do with a fork. Didn't affect the flavorat all ???? The Killer Mike smoothie had just the right amount of spice with the ginger, oh man, it was awesome. Thank you for agreat lunch. It was just what I needed to help me get going today! Read more
