Terrible customer service. As a customer, I came in to pick up an online order and was treated with extreme disrespect. The... older man at the front desk claimed I did not give my full name, but I did and he proceeded to gaslight me after I waited forover 30 minutes. He tried to make excuses and refused to apologize. I understand they are busy, but it is completelyunacceptable to tell the customer they didn't say their full name when they did AND proceed to not even check on the order. Hehad no lack of empathy for me sitting there for over 30 minutes while he was chit chatting to other customers. Evey othercustomer in the store had their name looked at on the computer, large screen, or boxes. This man did not do that for me and justsaid "they will yell my name" He proceeded to check on customers that were waiting, but did not acknowledge me at all. Thewoman was the only apologetic and kind person at the front desk - so at least there is one decent person running the frontdesk. Gregs Pizza is a Johnson City favorite for years. Excellent pizza, subs and desserts. Conveniently located and a must try!
I ordered their gluten free pizza with the Greg?s toppings and was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. I have had other... gluten free pizzas before and they always leave me hungry. Greg?s did not! They put a great amount of toppings on the pizzaand the weight was amazing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I can?t begin to understand the high ratings so many people give Gregg?s Pizza, but to each their own. I ordered a large pizza... with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions and banana peppers. The sausage was tasteless and ground so fine it was almost theconsistency of potted meat. The cheese was one big clump, not stringy, but more like a piece of semi melted plastic. The crustwas really hard. I will say this was a one and done experience for me. I could have purchased a frozen pizza from the grocerystore and had a much better pizza for far less money in my opinion. Read more

Richie (the owner) is withholding the last paycheck of the aforementioned employees! They have been waiting since Nov 18th forpayment which is cruel and unjust. Move on and support other businesses! This restaurant is just a hype. Their food can can begood but it?s totally over priced. Oh! And watch out for the SERVICE FEE! That?s not even a part of their gratuity!!! It goesdirectly to the ?company? (not their employees) so make sure to ask the cashier/ waiter to remove that for you! You can requestthis so that you don?t pay that 10% that they completely pocket.
