Second time I have ordered online for later pickup. Last time my order was not ready - staff said they didn't check/get notified... of the online order. This time I wanted pickup at 3:30. Either I hit the wrong time (not likely, but possible) or the onlineorder assigned it to 2:30. Called the restaurant - they can't access the order to change the time, cancel the order, or make anote not to prepare it until near the desired pickup time of 3:30. When we went here we realized the manager was the only person working. He said that all of the employees had quit and he was... running the place on his own. He took our order and cooked the food. He even gave our kids candy for Halloween. The inside ofthe store was decorated nice. Read more
This is the worst Hardee's I've ever been too! I would give it a 0 star, but I can't. I've been to other Hardee's in multiple... other states and never got bad food, poor service, people who ignored you until they were ready off their call. No Ketchuphardle any other condiments. Could hear them complain about an order that was suppose to have no cheese and they cried abouthaving to make a plain hamburger. Updated - Friday, October 14th, 2022 To the Hardee's Owner I did take that like and fill itout.
