Green velvet with vanilla plant protein is to die for. I'd drink it every day. I sware!
It makes me sad to say this, but they used to be better.. they used to be our go-to, but the quality and service has suffered... since expanding. The coffee options are also sincerely missed. The young girls work at the JC location were also a bit rude. Thebowls and smoothies are still tasty, crepes and toasts are just so-so these days. I hope it improves one day though! Read more
My wife and I were frequent customers when they first opened. However, the progressively have decreased in customer service and... some employees have even been rude and offensive. I have worked food and retail both and so understand how it's easy to have anoff-day and am very forgiving of that, but this had happened fairly consistently so we reduced our visits. Most recently mywife recieved the wrong base for her acai bowl (the biggest part of the bowl) and so didn't like it. After calling and politelyinforming them of the mix up I was told we could come back later and get it replaced, no problem. 2 months or so later (we hada multitude of family passings so we weren't able to stop by) and I have now been informed that they refuse to honor what wewere told and that I should have checked each piece of the order when I picked it up (despite the fact that more than once ourorders have been melted before making it less than a mile up the road). Tldr: customer service has fallen drastically sincetheir opening and they declined to honor their word. Update: I waited some time, about 3 months, before returning to this location. After placing my order today (Aug 6), someone was... called from the back to fulfill it. From the time I got my receipt to the time I got my order, it had only been 4 minutes. Therewere only a couple people ahead of me waiting on orders this time, but it was still a noteworthy turnaround regardless. Isuspect my initial review got some attention such that a shift lead perhaps was asked to fulfill my next order after it wasposted. Even if that were the case, and I'm leaving room for the possibility I'm reading too much into the coincidence of thematter, I sincerely appreciate the attention and effort paid to the service quality here. To be clear, their product quality hasnever been in question. From before my review to present, I have enjoyed the smoothies they offer here, and I consider themfully worth the price. I will be returning. Original Review: This location is currently understaffed, so I highly recommendfinding another location to visit if you are on a time crunch. I didn't realize that the 11 people in the store with me werealso waiting on their orders until I had received mine after a solid 30 minute wait.
