I'll never give more than 1 star to a business that is too lazy to make cookies 20 minutes prior to closing. Denied me any other... service than what was stale in the shelf already. All I wanted was a sugar cookie with icing on it, they had the cookie andrefused to do more. Just kept repeating "we're out of those". However, when you walk 15 feet into the foot court, Pal's, NoriJapan, Chick-fil-A, The Wok, and Charley's all still cooking food; the sizzle and smell obvious, workers moving.
