My wife and I went thru and all I ordered was a large coffee. My wife was driving with me in the front passenger seat. When the... woman handed the coffee the lid was not on properly and she burned herself. The person in the window just smiled and asked OhI'm sorry would you like another one? I was enraged. She never asked if she was OK. She never asked if we needed napkins orshowed any kind of concern. We pulled around to the other side of the building to clean up the mess it made inside of the car. Ineeded more napkins so I went back in to ask for more napkins. I stood at the counter for what seemed like five minutes and Ihollered at one of the counter people and asked if I could get some napkins and the person I think was the manager got very rudewith me. I then told her what happened and she said it was my wife's fault the coffee lid wasn't on properly. I'm contemplatinglegal action. I will NEVER go to this or any McDonald's again! Read more
The employees here do not care for the customers and purposely make them wait in the line. I waited 15 minutes to get my order... taken. Pulled forward one car in, waited another 15 minutes. As soon as I was able to pull out of line, I did. I saw at least 4people between the two windows as I passed by. Absolutely no excuse for it. Poorly mismanaged and poorly performing. Norestaurant should make a customer go hungry, but tonight, they made me go hungry I was so angry with them . Read more
Lol. Had a large Big Mac meal. Ordered on mobile on 10/2/2022 at 11:30pm. They forgot to put the meat on my sandwich.
My wife and I go here quite often but tonight was the most ridiculous experience we?ve had. They messed up my wife?s order and... instead of doing the proper thing of remaking it and telling my wife to throw the other away they took it back into the kitchen,more than likely to serve to the next person who orders a quarter pounder. I would give 5 stars but the employees tend to be lazy sometimes. I placed my order through Doordash tonight for a mcchicken and... large fry. Sandwich was good, but my fries were soggy and cold. It doesn't take too much to put fresh fries down for customers. Read more
